Full-bodied, Oak give a subtle, almost creamy, vanilla topping to the grape aroma and an extra dimension of delicate spiciness to the taste, at the same time it adds a fine grained, racy definition to the texture. Tasting of honeyed, peachy fruit.

Flavor profile: Distinct Rkatsiteli flavor and rich bouquet of Kakhuri Mtsvane with dominant acid white fruit and light citrus aromas; apple and pear flavor is noticeable. The wine is young, vivid and acidic with soft tannins and balanced alcohol; plant tones are followed and finished by white plum flavor. The wine is very good as an aperitif. It goes well with fish, salads and medium tang cheese.
